Due Dilligence

Sometimes LIVEventures performs a successful due diligence, but decides against an investment, because we only want to invest in products where we all five are genuinely enthusiastic about both product and team. This does not mean that the product is not good, just not a good fit for us. We are happy to work with any other investment company to share our due diligence results for a small compensation.

Start-up Consultancy

Although we focus on a combination of financial and in-kind investments, we do offer our consultancy services also stand-alone to start-up companies. These can be compensated either in-kind (shares) or in cash.
